Loved the hotel, its favourable location and my delightful room. The staff were friendly and assisted me greatly. Location: the venue was close enough to the airport and the railway station, mall and the railway station. And it's not too far away from Bistro Patrie, ate there once or twice. Had a really great stay during winter time & would love to come back here some time.

The staff are amazingly nice. the rooms are reasonably spacious and bright. the atmosphere of the hotel is family-oriented. the property's location is marvelous, near Kansai airport.
